Group Classes

Classes last 60 minutes. Varied themes, beginner-intermediate level, and in small groups of 10 people.

Pilates Express Group Classes

Classes only last 30 minutes, suitable for people who only have a little time but want to make the most out of it. Small groups with a maximum of 10 people.

Pre and Postnatal Pilates Group Classes

Classes last 30 minutes. Suitable for every trimester and level. Groups of just 10 women for maximum care and attention.

PRIVATE CLASSES

These classes are 100% personalised, with a programme designed for your body, your needs, your injuries, your medical history and your goals. They include a postural analysis in the first session.
Detailed modifications and corrections, where I pay attention exclusively to you to help you progress faster.
I take notes after each class to record your progress, homework and plan what we will work on in the next session.
Flexible timetable so you schedule weekly sessions according to your availability. Your training slots are exclusively saved for you,so you can exercise at the same days and times each week.
Direct contact with me via Telegram to follow up between sessions and resolve doubts.

Now you know what Pilates is, you might be wondering...

Personalised, with monitoring by your instructor. You receive clear, concise, step-by-step instructions on the exercises. You’ll want to do more and more. Enjoyable, fun... and energetic! So you can progressively push your limits.

We do the classes through the Zoom platform and you can use any device (computer, tablet, etc) to see the instructor. Just as if we were meeting in person, I will explain and personally demonstrate the exercises.

I will ask you to position the mat and camera in a way that I can completely see you, and at the angles I need to correct you effectively.

The only difference is that I can't correct you manually, but that's what we use the Pilates equipment for. I teach you how to use it and position it so you get the sense of how I would correct you with my hands and develop that proprioceptive feedback.

Of course. You can even start tomorrow if you like. You don't need to play sports to start Pilates, nor do you need to be in shape. Many of my students have not exercised for years and today they don't miss a single Pilates class. And don't worry, if you have pain or injuries we will work on them and go at your pace.
Pilates can help you to alleviate almost any muscle or joint pain. It will help you to relieve tension and stiffness, and at the same time you will strengthen your muscles, increase your bone density, and improve your posture... However, if you arrive with a serious injury, I will ask for your doctor's/physiotherapist's authorisation to start your classes and continue your rehabilitation.

Yes, you can do Pilates while pregnant. Your baby, your body and your mind will thank you for it! If you already do Pilates with me, you can continue the Pilates Matwork classes during your first trimester, because it is still suitable for you and I know your body (as long as you feel well).

When you enter your second trimester, it is mandatory to transition to our Prenatal Pilates classes. If you have never done Pilates before, you should start straight into the Prenatal Pilates class, whatever trimester you are in.

It is safe to do Pilates from the first week of pregnancy, as long as you’ve not been contraindicated and have permission from your doctor or midwife. You have all the info about Prenatal Pilates classes here.

If you already practise another sport, Pilates will help you gain strength, mobility, avoid injuries, improve the efficiency of your movements, and improve your sporting performance, among many other benefits. Actually, Pilates is compatible with any other sport, and will enhance your results and improve your training technique.
After the classes you will feel refreshed and great! Clients usually said that they feel energised and rejuvenated. Some days you may feel a little sore, which is normal. But never to the point which is unbearable pain, or that can injure you, since Pilates is all about protecting your health and training within your personal limitations. Moreover, outside the class, you will begin to introduce changes in your habits and posture to take care of your body and feel better in your day to day life.
Yes, you can catch up on any of the group classes (Matwork, Express, Pre/Postnatal...) if you miss any. All my classes are live, but if the schedule does not suit you and you want to do them at another time, you can sign up for the class and ask us to send you the recording. You’ll have access to the recording for 5 days, so you’ll have the opportunity to do the class in your free time and keep up your training routine.
