I train athletes and athletic people who want to improve their flexibility and performance, as well as people who haven’t exercised for years or who are overweight.
In my studio, I train people with all sorts of body types and from all age groups.

Unlike many instructors, when you start classes with Viviane, the first thing she does is ‘study’ your posture to understand how each exercise should be adapted for you. For example, I have lordosis, so if any exercise is hard for me to do, she adapts it so I don’t hurt myself. How do I sign up for private 1:1 and duet Pilates classes online?
All the buttons on this page will take you to the page where different prices for single classes and packages are listed, so you can choose the one you want. Then, once you’re there:
- Choose and purchase your package. If you prefer, purchase a single class. Next, enter your package code (if you purchased one) and choose the type of private or duet class you wish to book.
- If you want to record the class and do it in your free time, you can pay for the add-on listed below the description for the class.
- Choose your time zone and my availability will appear. Choose your preferred date and time to continue with the booking and payment process.
- Follow the instructions in the confirmation email (check your spam folder) and we’ll get started with your sessions!
After completing your booking, you will be able to schedule your first consultation at no extra cost, plan your classes and tailor them to your needs.
Will I be able to have my classes at the same time if I want to?
How do I know whether to choose individual classes or duets?
Both options are great for individualised training, designed to meet your needs. If you come with a particular injury or condition that you want to treat, or if you want an exclusive, tailor-made programme, you may prefer 1:1 classes.
On the other hand, if you find it difficult to keep up the habit of exercising and need the extra motivation of doing it with a partner or a friend, duets are your best option. You'll still get a personalised programme, but in a more affordable way by splitting the cost between the two of you. You’ll have fun and achieve your goals together.
Can I take classes in-person if I am pregnant or have recently given birth?
Of course! I offer private Prenatal Pilates classes, ideal to keep you active and healthy during pregnancy and prepare your body for the arrival of your baby. Pilates in pregnancy strengthens your whole body, takes care of your pelvic floor and connects you with your sensations and your breathing. I also offer private Postnatal Pilates classes to help you recover after giving birth and get fit again, or even treat any injuries sustained during childbirth.
As an expert pregnancy and postnatal instructor, I design tailor-made programmes for each woman, always with your doctor’s or midwife's permission.

Will you give me some homework and suggest healthy habits after each Pilates class?
What equipment do I need for the classes?
The most essential equipment for the class is a Pilates mat (10-15mm thick) and blocks (thin and thick) to adapt the exercises to your body so that you are more comfortable and well aligned. Apart from that, we use equipment like resistance bands, weights, resistance rings, softballs etc.
If you don’t have any pieces of equipment, you can get them from my list of recommended products. Don’t worry, because you don’t need to have all the equipment for your first class. You can gradually acquire them. In addition, we will let you know in advance of each class the equipment you will need. If you don’t have the equipment on a particular day, that’s not an issue, I will give you some modifications so you can either train with an alternative piece of equipment or none at all. You’ll still enjoy the class!
Do the online class packages expire?
Yes, packages expire 6 weeks from date of purchase. So you will have 6 weeks to attend 4 classes. They are intended to create a regular workout routine, but give you the flexibility to use all your class passes, even if you can’t attend weekly, are ill with a flu or go on holiday.
Just as you did when you purchased your package, you can reschedule any class reserved as part of the package. You are not obliged to attend the classes you booked at the initial time of purchase, because we understand that your availability might change.
Do single classes expire?
Single classes are intended to be used for a one-off session, for example, if you want to try out a single class to see how you feel. These expire 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Will I be able to cancel or reschedule a class if I can’t attend?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. So yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. Cancellation within the 24 hour period prior to your class is considered a late cancellation and you will not be able to reuse the pass for that class. After your purchase, you will receive detailed information which explains how to reschedule your Pilates class.
Can I get a refund if I miss a class?
Do you offer free trial classes?
No, I don’t offer trial classes for individuals or groups. The best way to experience one of my classes is to book a single class. You can buy a single group class, or if you’ve never done Pilates before, we advise you start with 1 or 2 individual classes with me. I will teach you the basics, and then you can join a group. You can book your individual class here.
Why are your prices listed in euros?
At the moment the online studio is based in Spain, so my studio operates in euros. Your bank will automatically convert your currency at the time of purchase.
