Unlike many instructors, when you start classes with Viviane , the first thing she does is ‘study’ your posture to understand how each exercise should be adapted for you. I have gained strength and improved my postural hygiene to carry my baby and her things without hurting myself or getting back pain. The exercises with weights and bands work! Viviane’s classes have also helped me regain my self-confidence. After giving birth I didn’t recognise my body. My tummy wasn’t the same, my abs felt flabby and I thought I wouldn’t be able to do the same exercises as before. With time, the classes progressed in difficulty and today I’m comfortable with my body.

It’s fantastic having classes in your own home without wasting time commuting. After the class you feel great. Viviane also completely adapts to your circumstances, pregnancy, aches, etc. The classes are adapted to the needs of the group.

I’ve never practised any sport and have many injuries. As the months have passed by in the class, my pain has reduced and my body has become more flexible, which for me was unthinkable. I really appreciate how the exercises are adapted to my level. Viviane adapts to my limitations without demanding more from me than I can do. Viviane pays a lot of attention to the needs of each client, and her instructions are clear and precise (which is necessary if you’re doing Pilates online). She doesn’t miss a thing (relax your shoulders, relax your toes, tuck in your tummy…) and she takes care to teach us in a way we can understand what we are doing at all times. She is exceptionally good at her job and you can tell she enjoys it. She conveys her enthusiasm for Pilates and I really enjoy her classes.

With Viviane I learnt not only how to be more mobile and active, but also how to apply her functional exercises in my day to day life.
