Unlike many instructors, when you start classes with Viviane , the first thing she does is ‘study’ your posture to understand how each exercise should be adapted for you. I have gained strength and improved my postural hygiene to carry my baby and her things without hurting myself or getting back pain. The exercises with weights and bands work! Viviane’s classes have also helped me regain my self-confidence. After giving birth I didn’t recognise my body. My tummy wasn’t the same, my abs felt flabby and I thought I wouldn’t be able to do the same exercises as before. With time, the classes progressed in difficulty and today I’m comfortable with my body.

I trained with Viviane from the time I was 8 weeks pregnant up to the final week. I started training one day a week, then two because of how it made me feel.
