Do you work or study in front of a desk?

STOP AND ASK YOURSELF: how many hours have you been actively moving this week?

Probably more than you should, right? Pilates can help you.

We are beings of movement. This mean that we are not designed to be still for long periods of time. That is why our body hurts when we are static for a long time, be it standing, sitting, etc.

It is important to move the body while we are in front of the computer, as well as to create energising rituals in the morning to activate ourselves and face the day, or relaxation rituals at night to rest better.

Are you someone who works or studies sitting in front of a desk? I have something for you! 🤩

In this Pilates Flow video I explain:

  • How to set up your desk and computer to maintain good postural hygiene
  • The difference between working sitting in a chair, fitball or standing
  • I share MANY exercises and stretches to relieve pain from:
    • Spine
    • Shoulders
    • Neck
    • Hands and forearms
    • Hips
    • Legs
    • And the whole body!

So get up from your desk right now, press play and start to stretch, mobilise... and make you feel like new! 💃🏻✨

Do you have limited time for Pilates lessons?

I have something for you too!

If you want to integrate a short stretching routine without thinking about which movements to choose, here you have 1 minute videos with stretching ideas that I invite you to do daily:

You can do more repetitions of each and lengthen the time you are moving.

And of course, on my Youtube channel you have many more 30 to 60-minute stretching and mobility videos, if you want to take a look. They are the ones called Pilates Flow. They not only teach you to stretch, but they are designed by me to relieve pain in the joints, lower back, hips, shoulders, etc.

When you try them, please like and leave comments on the YouTube videos and let me know what you think. I'll love to know if it relieves your pains!

If you have any questions or want more information about the classes, feel free to message me privately on my Instagram account and I’ll be happy to assist you personally.

Lots of love! ❤️
